This will give you details of company card load transactions and also list of all transactions you carried out with the Paysack Fuel Card.
Paysack Fuel Card can be loaded only by the company with any amount up to a maximum of INR 10,000/- on any given day. Also, the Paysack Fuel Card balance of previous month is carried forward to the next month and cannot exceed the wallet limit of INR 10,000/- on any given day. When the value on the card exceeds the prescribed limit (up to a maximum of INR 1,00,000/-), it is mandatory for the Cardholder to complete the KYC registration process.
RBI guidelines specify capturing and validating consumer information for certain value issued on prepaid cards.
a) If, the value on the card is less than the prescribed limit; minimum consumer information is mandated. This is already provided by your company and the cardholder need not provide any additional information.
b) When, the value on the card is greater than the prescribed limit, Cardholder will need to provide his/her proof of identity and proof of address.
• Consumer will have to register and logon to Paysack Cardholder portal (https://user.paysack.com/).
=> Login to the portal
=> Click on the ‘My Profile’ option
=> Select the ‘KYC’ option
=> Upload documents.
• Once Paysack receives these documents, we will check and confirm the same.
• You will receive an email confirming KYC registration status
c) Post KYC registration the card value can reach a maximum of Rs. 1,00,000.
